We are serious about making sure our customers are happy with their orders.
Recently a customer was not totally satisfied with his order of embroidered shirts.
We offered to redo them at no charge. He wanted to keep them.
Solution...
We gave him a solution that he was very happy with.
How happy?
He gave us a reorder of t shirts the very same day and said, "Thanks. We appreciate your good service."
We are human (except RED The Promotions Fish).
We make mistakes.
We are SERIOUS if /when we do make mistakes to make it right.
