Spread Holiday Cheer

I was thinking about the holiday season and the giving and receiving that seems to go along with it.  Most of all, though, is how it brings people together.  How can businesses do the same?

1. Charity - This is so obvious.  If you have the time, volunteer for a cause you feel passionate about.  There are always organizations needing a helping hand.  Our own Promotions Guy has helped out with charity all throughout the year with marathons, cornhole tournaments, and more.  Yes, you can get involved!

2. Be Santa - Want to put a smile on kids faces?  Put on your red hat and white beard and deliver some Christmas joy to kids hearts.  There is always Toys for Tots that delivers toys to needy children, but this would really kick it up a notch.

3. Hold your own charity event - Host an event at your office.  It could be a Holiday Dinner, etc.  Make sure to setup a table to collect things whether it be money, toys, food, clothes, etc.  Bonus points if the event is a family fun holiday gathering that gets everyone involved.

These are just a few things that get people involved.  What are you doing to bring people together this holiday season?
