Less Is More
, Is Not a New Strategy

---but it is helpful to remember.  A good policy for successful marketing is -better to use less information than more. "Keep it simple, dummy!" has been said many times before.

Companies who try to print all their info on an ink pen -name- logo- address -phone -fax- email -website- slogan and even more -
risk having the print so small it is not readable.

To grab attention do it quick - say little- and make a huge impact.  In only 15 seconds a TV commercial can say a lot.

A customer of ours just ordered magnetic signs for their staff cars.  They wanted to get noticed so they imprinted only their logo and phone number.

Another customer, a lumber company, had some ball caps made and all they put on the cap was the letter G, the first letter of their name.  He noted that it got more attention than the logo because it was so simple.  It was attractive. People who knew them did not need to ask what it stood for.

So if you want to make a big bang, keep it short and sweet!
